Do they get credit for the 400+ gain today?
Further, yesterday Obama blamed everybody for the stock market collapse and refused to take responsibility for the crash.
So, it is obvious then, that Obama should get absolutely no credit for the gain today.
Obama and company can't have it both ways but of course, they will try.
