If Republicans were smart and most are not, there is an easy way to get rid of ObamaCare.
There will be a spending bill to help the folks down in Texas due to Hurricane Harvey.
The GOP should tie repealing ObamaCare to the Hurricane Harvey spending bill and dare the Democrats to vote against the bill.
And if the Democrats do vote against the Hurricane Harvey bill, the GOP should use it against the Democrats and say the Democrats hate Texas (which I am sure many do anyways)
So, there is a way to repeal Obamacare if the GOP were smart and tough.
But sadly, most of the GOP are neither...smart or tough.
