CEO Let's Employees Know The Consequences Of Obama Re-Election

Good for CEO:
From Charlie Sykes:
Lefties are "stunned." But this is a powerful warning from Mike White, the chairman and owner of Rite Hite, who warned employees of the real-world consequences of re-electing Obama. Read it here.
White tells workers "should understand the personal consequences to them of having our tax rates increase dramatically if President Obama is re-elected, forcing taxpayers to fund President Obama's future deficits and social programs (including Obamacare), which require bigger government."
"The tax rate we pay is not 17%, as Warren Buffett would have you believe; with state taxes it is roughly 45%. President Obama has announced that our planned tax rate would increase to roughly 65%, reducing our after tax income by 36% and dramatically reducing, if not eliminating, your and my RSP contributions."..
"the money will be sent into the abyss that is Washington, D.C. So, on top of the burden of having your personal taxes increase dramatically, which they will, your RSP contributions and healthy retirement are also at risk, all for the sake of maintaining an over-sized government that borrows 42% of every dollar it spends.http://www.620wtmj.com/blogs/charliesykes/175810281.html
There are going to be negative consequences to businesses and employees if Obama is re-elected- that cannot be argued.
Hopefully, more CEO's will speak out.

  1. So, you are hoping that more CEO's break the law and create a hostile work environment? You are either utterly clueless or are developing a full blown sociopathic personality or both.

And by the way, not that you would be willing to admit it, but there will also be an offsetting factor of saving on the private insurance that has been going up many times higher than the rate of inflation. And the people making the decisions are the same companies that are making them now. It's just that they won't be able to gouge their customers anymore. Boo hoo for them.

  2. So, what law is the guy breaking? Or are you saying that the owner of a company cannot express his personal opinions?
Hostile work environment? How? By telling the truth?
Geez, capper, I'm glad you don't respect free speech, unless, of course, it's liberal free speech.

  3. State law states: "No employer or agent of an employer may distribute to any employee printed matter containing any threat, notice or information that if a particular ticket of a political party or organization or candidate is elected or any referendum question is adopted or rejected, work in the employer's place or establishment will cease, in whole or in part, or the place or establishment will be closed, or the salaries or wages of the employees will be reduced, or other threats intended to influence the political opinions or actions of the employees."

It's not true and there are limits to Free Speech, not that fascists like you would know or care about such things.

  4. Capper, the labor unions do it all the time with permission of their companies. (Jan Jones with Harrahs remember that?) Are you kidding me? If he was supporting Obama you wouldn't say a word.

    1. LOL! Yeah, the unions have the power to fire people and/or cut their pay and benefits, right? And all those union halls where they have their meetings and stage their GOTV actions are just for show.

Get real and stop making excuses.

  5. Keep dreaming Capper. The unions ARE responsible for people losing their jobs all the time by inflated wages and forcing companies to do business off shore. And who wins, the union bosses, the rank and file are forced to give there hard earned money to union hacks who squander it.

    1. LOLOLOLOL! You can't answer my questions so now you're changing the subjects and telling more lies. Instead of blaming the unions, you should be thanking them and considering joining them, if you like things like vacations, weekends, paid sick leave, safe work places, child labor laws, living wages.

The reason companies go off shore is simple - the greed of the CEOs and stock holders. But hey, if you want to work for pennies a day, feel free to pack up and move. Oh, and be careful of the riots in China, because things are so good there.

Come back again if you have any facts or to apologize.

    2. How about the Clark County Teachers Union. They are disgraceful. They care nothing about the kids or the teachers they are supposed to be serving,

  6. Keep dreaming with your communist views.
The CEO has an obligation to tell an employee what can be in the future of their business. The CEO was telling his employees what could very well happen if Obama is re-elected.
He was not telling his employees how to vote nor was he threatening them with sanctions if they voted against the wishes of the CEO.
There was nothing illegal in the letter, except to those who conservatives break every law in the land and love to slander conservatives.
And unions, many times over, have cost people their jobs because their unreasonable demands.
And no one needs to apologize to you capper, considering how many times you lie and slander people, it ought to be you who ought to apologize.

    1. The letter was a threat, plain and simple. The law is clear, as I've pointed out to you. If you're not willing to admit what's in front of you, that's your problem, not mine.

And I'm still waiting for you to prove where I lied...

  7. Hey Capper, what about union leaders refusing to take fair deals and instead cause their people lay offs? Sorry pal, you lose.

    1. Hey, Anonymous, what about the fact that it is the union members that vote, by secret ballot even, on whether to ratify a contract or not. You're probably used to being told what to do and what to think, so that kind of autonomy is probably really scary to you, but union members can make up their own minds. Sorry pal, but you're still in the loser's bracket.

  8. They may vote by secret ballot but many of the big unions have full time workers working for them, including the heads of the union. The elected leaders are just figure heads.
And union members can make up their own mind? Hahahaha- you've never been to Vegas and involved in the Strip unions, especially when it comes time to vote in elections.

  9. Dan, you are absolutely correct.
