Why does President Obama keep changing the law by delaying parts of the law and giving hundreds, if not thousands of exemptions to the law?
Just more Democrat hypocrisy.

All along, throughout the negotiations for what became the ACA, Obama and others said there would be tweaks and adjustments along the way. There's a difference between a tactical tweak and defunding, or a tweak and arbitrary, FORCIBLE delay.
