Proud Daddy Today

My son ran his first cross country race today at SECTA high school, by Mountain Vista and Russell.
Ok, he came in last place, but I am still proud of him for being the only freshman on his team.
I ran cross country in Wisconsin, when I was in high school and he is already ahead of what I ran in my first race or two.
So, I am proud of my son for his first race.
Just as I am for my daughter being on the Foothill H.S. band, which is the biggest band in Nevada.
I am a proud papa.
