Let's Not Investigate Pot, But Investigate This?

This is just stupid, but typical of a mentally challenged Eric Holder/Barack Obama administration.

The Justice Department is investigating the legality of Stephens Media’s efforts to terminate a business agreement in which its Review-Journal prints and delivers the Las Vegas Sun, according to an attorney for Sun Editor and Publisher Brian Greenspun.

Joseph Alioto, an antitrust lawyer hired by Greenspun to thwart Stephens’ efforts to end the business deal, said Thursday the Justice Department told one of his attorneys it is launching an investigation “with regard to the illegality of the termination” of the joint operating agreement.

First, if the roles were reversed and the conservative newspaper was in danger of going out of business, the ethically and mentally challenged Eric Holder's DOJ would never have touched the case.
This also shows the desperation of Brian "the Coward" Greenspun.  Coward Greenspun desperately wants to keep a liberal newspaper going in Las Vegas, even though it is not supported by the public.
The fact is, the Las Vegas Sun would get MORE money under the new agreement because they would get the lasvegas.com URL instead of renting it.  That money saved brings in more money than Sun gets in advertising.
If the Sun newspaper went out of business, that doesn't mean that it is a good thing.  The Sun actually has a very good news reporting section.  But when they get into politics, they completely are in tank for the Democrats, it's not even funny.  If they just report on the news, I hope they survive, if they want to get political, I hope they fail.
