Let Me Get This Straight...

President Obama doesn't ask Congress if it is ok to bomb Yemen.
President Obama doesn't ask permission from Congress to bomb Somalia.
But he announces to the world and to Syria that they will bomb Syria, sometime after he asks Congress for permission, giving Syria plenty of time to prepare for the bombing.
Yeah, ok, that makes sense.
For a person who has no clue what they are doing.
