From the Las Vegas Sun: The National Labor Relations Board today found Station Casinos of Las
Vegas violated federal labor law in dozens of instances in its response
to Culinary Union organizing efforts.
Station, the largest locals casino operator in Las Vegas, said it was
weighing its options, which could include an appeal to federal court.
It said the ruling is the result of union allegations that were asserted
in what spokeswoman Lori Nelson called "yet another strong-arm tactic
in the union's ongoing campaign of harassment against our company and
aggressive quest to organize our team members."
A three-member panel of the NLRB issued an order rejecting an appeal by
Station and upholding the bulk of the findings of an administrative law
judge, who in September 2011 found there had been 82 violations arising
from events mostly in 2010. http://www.vegasinc.com/news/2012/oct/02/national-labor-relations-board-sides-culinary-unio/?__utma=201616023.1265882521.1348955121.1349149646.1349237460.8&__utmb=201616023.2.9.1349237462580&__utmc=201616023&__utmx=-&__utmz=201616023.1349141304.6.2.utmcsr=google|utmccn=%28organic%29|utmcmd=organic|utmctr=%28not%20provided%29&__utmv=-&__utmk=204905235
This just political payback by the NLRB thugs who sided with the Culinary Union thugs.
The Culinary Union, the worst kind of union that preys on it's members with outrageous dues to pay for the lavish lifestyle of the union leaders, to harass Station casinos and harass their supporters including abusing and assaulting while they eat lunch and engage in dirty politics and election fraud.
I hope Station Casinos appeals these rulings and puts he Culinary union thugs into their place- underground and out of sight.
