Why Hasn't Anybody Been Fired?

Jerry Doyle reported on his radio show this afternoon that a company that a company that was hired was not an American company and they were not armed.
The Blue Mountain Group was hired to provide security and they are out of the United Kingdom.  Like the bobbies in the United Kingdom, they are unarmed, carry only a flashlight and a billy club.
This, despite the fact that 60 days prior to the 9/11/12 attack, the Libyan compound was breached by the terrorists as they tested the security,
Because of the lax security, we have 4 dead men, which, according to President Obama, is not optimal.
and yet, no one was fired for the security screw ups.  No middle managers in the State Department, no one in the administration, just no one.
So, according to the Obama administration, no one was responsible enough to be fired, suspended or any other president.
This should not be surprising, as no one in this administration accepts responsiblity for anything.  fast and Furious, the security screw ups, the bad loans to green energy companies (has anybody been fired over Solyndra, a loan that cost taxpayers over $500,000,000?) and other screw ups in  the federal government.
As Doyle said today,.the era of taking responsibility is over.
Now it is the era of CYA.
