Billy Cunningham is a conservative radio talk show host out of Ohio and has a national show on Sundays.
Today, he said that the ordinary Iraqi person, the shop owner, employee etc. was not harmed by the Saddam Hussein regime and life was just dandy for them.
That is like saying that the ordinary German person under the regime of Adolph Hitler had no problems.
The average Cambodian under Pol Pot had life good.
And under USSR's Stalin, if you didn't bother the government, life was a bowl of peaches.
I like Cunningham but his comment was just plain stupid.
