From The LVRJ:
An accident on the U.S. Highway 93 caused a road closure in Boulder City Tuesday afternoon.
A truck pulling a boat on a trailer caught fire, which caused the truck to separate from the trailer.
According to the Regional Transportation Commission, the freeway was closed in both directions around 2:30 p.m. near the entrance to the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The road reopened about an hour later.
Nevada Highway Patrol said the accident involved a small boat. http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/traffic-transportation/us-93-reopens-after-truck-fire
I hate to think what the NHP think is a big boat?
Maybe they meant a small truck hauling a large boat?
