One reason why ObamaCare is failing is that the Obama Administration decided that they wanted personal information about you before you were able to look around and see what the plans were, compare prices, see what's out there.
Most web sites allow you to look around and see what's available but Obama wanted your personal information first.
Gee, I wonder why?
