Harry Reid Gives Nevada And U.S. The Finger By Appointing Titus

Another reason why Harry Reid should never have been re-elected.
From the Las Vegas Sun: Dina Titus won’t apparently be making a clean exit from Washington just yet; Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid appointed her to serve on the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
The eight-member commission monitors and investigates civil rights cases and reports to Congress and the administration. Its most well-known work came during the 2000 presidential election aftermath, when the commission investigated charges of racist voting practices affecting the election and recount.
The president appoints four members of the commission, and House and Senate leaders appoint the other four. Titus is Reid’s only appointment. The seat has been held by Arlen Melendez, Chairman of the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony

So, what experience does Dina Titus have in civil rights? Is she a lawyer? Nope? Did she help write civil rights law? Nope. Does she know how the civil rights commission works? No evidence of that.
Having a life in education and politics does not make one a civil rights expert. This appointment is for politics only and nothing else. She is a defeated politician who has been rejected by Nevada voters in 2006 governors race and by her own Congressional district this year.
And she is the best person Harry Reid could have appointed? Hardly.
And to the Hispanics that helped get their hero Harry get elected, Harry has two words for you: F--- You.
