Patrick "Thug" Coolican |
His latest target is Danny Tarkanian who is running for Congress in the new CD 4 District in Nevada. He is the son of legendary UNLV coach, Jerry Tarkanian and his mom is a member of the Las Vegas City Council.
So, what draws thug Coolican's ire?
If the voters of Nevada’s newly created Congressional District 4 aren’t careful, they could wind up with a congressman who is in bankruptcy. But that’s just the start of the weirdness. They’ll also have a congressman who is being sued by an independent agency of the federal government.
I’m speaking of Danny Tarkanian, son of the legendary UNLV basketball coach and the perpetual Republican candidate. He’s lost three political campaigns since 2004.
This time, given a significant name recognition advantage over his opponent, state Senate Majority Leader Steven Horsford, he’s again in the hunt and leading in some polls.
As voters in the district make their decision, they will have to consider that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation claims Tarkanian owes it $17 million, and a federal judge agrees. http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2012/oct/04/order-danny-tarkanians-congressional-term-stacked-/
So, the Tarkanian family (not just Danny) made a bad investment. This happens all the time, not only in Nevada but in the United States. We also have had tens of thousands of people in Las Vegas lose their homes because they were unable to afford the house and the payments to the bank.
So, according to Thug Coolican, anybody who makes a bad investment or loses their house due to foreclosure, can never run for public office.
What the bald headed cue ball, Coolican, also forgets to mention that the Tarkainian's are appealing the case. Must have been an oversite.
So, when will the white onion, Coolican, address Tarkanian's opponent, Steven Horsford (who I met on Sunday and seems like a nice guy and believes in politicking the old fashioned way- shaking hands with strangers, not just donors) parking in handicapped places?
Further, Coolican, for some reason, forgot to mention that Tarkanian did nothing illegal. Gee, another oversite.
Thug Coolican needs to go back to what he has done previously: being a Neanderthal clown in a circus in Poland. Clearly, writing is not his strong point.
