Last Friday, gas prices in the northeast side were $2.95.
Monday morning, the gas prices were $3.16.
An increase of 21 cents.
No reason why and the media, of course, is silent.
More Obama economics. Gas prices were just too low.
Update: Gas prices skyrocketed again today. They are now up over 25 cents a gallon.

Phooey, Obamanomics. Gas prices are run on the international market, and affected by speculators. It's all hocus pocus, and it sucks hard, but it's independent of whomever is president.
ReplyDeleteWere you saying that when Bush was president?
ReplyDeleteI don't remember. I have learned more about the oil market since then though. I'll look into it, and let you know, how's that? :)
ReplyDeleteJust looked around a bit at my Summer 2008 posts. Looks like I was talking about gas prices, but I can't find anything blaming bush. Blaming speculators, yes. Complaining that McCain had stupid "drill baby drill" plans, and other things I didn't think would work. Complaining about Exxon-Mobil's huge profits, and other things, but not Bush stuff. Could be wrong, but I couldn't find it.
