And Then There Are These Fools

2 1/2 weeks ago, I needed to get my birth certificate from the Wisconsin Vitaly Records and I ordered a total of 4 certificates.
So, I sent in my application and a money order for $29, which is the fee for 4 applications.
And they never sent the certificates.
Why you ask?
Because I apparently for got to put my mom's maiden name on the application.
Even though they have my phone number.
So, these fools were going to sit on my applicant's and not tell me there was a problem or until I called them to find what was going on.
Idiots.
