Rain Rain Go Away

Here in northern Arizona, we have been getting a bunch of rain, but not as bad as California. 
With all the storms, in all of California, it should end their drought in the whole state but the Chicken Littles will still claim there is a drought.
And there is this...a fire truck rolling into a ditch, which looks like a toy falling over.
