From the NY Daily News: A young father protected from deportation under former President Obama’s administration has been detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents near Seattle since Friday morning.
Daniel Ramirez Medina, 23, came to the United States illegally as a 7-year-old and was granted protection under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals — twice, according to a lawsuit lodged against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.....
Court documents state Medina has been in custody for more than 70 hours without probable cause.

The illegal alien is 23 years old and has had 5 years to make an attempt to become a legal citizen but apparently has not made an attempt.
He should have been arrested and should be deported.
And yes, he has committed a crime.
