Liberal Activist Clark County Judge Doesn't Know The Constitution

From The Las Vegas Sun: A District Court judge on Friday halted, at least temporarily, the impending layoffs of almost 40 North Las Vegas Police officers.
The 90-day injunction was in response to the city’s plan to reduce its police force to shore up its dire financial situation.
Dozens of union officers received pink slips last month. Layoffs officially were to begin today, but the North Las Vegas Police Officers Association sued the city, asking a judge to intervene. The case has been in front of District Judge Nancy Allf, who today issued the preliminary injunction.
Talks between the union and the city regarding the dispute are expected. Police Officers Association President Mike Yarter said today the judge’s decision is in the best interest of the city.

This idiot judge apparently was not in class the day they talked about the separation of powers, between the legislative and judicial branches or government.
The City of North Las Vegas has debated and voted the issue about laying off police officers. The judge did not vote or deliberate, but this bimbo judge (yes bimbo- she is raping the constitution) decided she knows best for the City of North Las Vegas.
I hope North Las Vegas appeals this to the State Supreme court to overturn this ruling.
How much you want to bet that Alff is related or went to the same law school as Judge Sumi who is the idiot judge in Dane County who thought she could stop the publishing of a law.
