CCSD is about to switch health insurance carriers by dropping Teacher's Trust Health insurance and going with another private health insurance company.
Talks are ongoing with Teacher's Trust and another insurance company and see who will provide the best deal for the school District.
If CCSD drops Teacher's Trust, Teacher's Trust will cease to be a company, but if the district can find comparable health insurance for a lower price, the district should go with the cheaper company.
Interesting to see that they are planning on doing this for the new 2011-12 school year already.
