From the Chicago Tribune: Alejandra Henriquez said her husband was collecting scrap metal in the alleys of Chicago when he was pulled over, arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
Cesar Henriquez spent two years fighting his case until the longtime Melrose Park resident was ripped from bed by immigration officers two weeks ago and taken into custody, his wife said. Now, Henriquez is facing deportation to his native , El Salvador.
"We have two kids, and they want their father," Alejandra Henriquez, 33, said Monday as she protested outside the building housing U.S. Department of Homeland Security offices. "He's not a criminal. I'm sick and I need him here to help me. When I fall, he was there to pick me up."
Henriquez's was one of about two dozen families that gathered Christmas Eve afternoon to pray, picket and demand an immediate moratorium on deportations. http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/ct-met-immigration-protest-posada-1225-20121225,0,4604617.story
I'm sorry, but an illegal immigrant who is a drunk driver needs to be deported immediately. They are a danger to society and there is no good reason for them to be in the country. And his wife and kids can join him as the U.S. kicks his ass out of the United States.
And to Mrs. Henriquez, your husband is a criminal- he is an illegal immigrant and he is a drunk driver. What part of that don't you understand, you freeloader?
The United States needs to deport illegals who are criminals, those who collect public assistance and those cannot pay for their medical care (care for them first until they are stable then airlift them to their home country and have them admitted to their hospitals)
Hopefully, Obama and his minions will keep deporting those in the United States who are a detriment to those of us who are living her legally.
