Yeah, I Don't Feel Sorry For The Dude

From the Las Vegas Sun: A man was able to escape a shooting in an apartment by leaping off a second-floor balcony Thursday.
The woman he was with could not, Metro Police said.
The shooting was reported about 8:30 p.m. on the 8000 block of Russell Road near Buffalo Drive. Police found the man who had jumped lying in the bushes, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. When they entered the apartment, police found the woman, dead from gunshots, and another man who appeared to have killed himself with a gunshot.
The initial investigation found that the suspected shooter had come home to find his wife with another man and began shooting, police said.
The man who jumped from the balcony was taken to University Medical Center, where he underwent surgery. Police said he is expected to survive.

If you are going bang another man's wife, you have to accept the risk, including being shot and killed.
Too bad for the woman, but sadly, she started the whole chain of events.
From the comments in the Sun:
Obviously the interloper hadn't ever heard that one shouldn't monkey around with another monkeys monkey. Insuring the marital status of your monkeys, male or female, is proper monkey management.
Had the interloper practiced proper monkey management he wouldn't need surgery and flying lessons.
This is not the same monkey management covered in the 'One Minute Manager' but the central principle is the same.
