From the Chicago Tribune:
One man was killed and six other people wounded in two South Side shootings today, authorities said.
In the latest incident, five people were shot in the 11300 block of South Forest Avenue in Roseland about 8:10 p.m. in what was believed to be a landlord-tenant dispute, officials said.
The attacks today bring to at least 74 the number of people shot since Wednesday afternoon in Chicago, with 12 of those victims killed.
Four people were transported from the Forest Avenue shooting by Chicago Fire Department ambulances in serious-to-critical condition, Fire Department spokesman Chief Juan Hernandez said. A fifth person was taken to Roseland Hospital in good-to-fair condition, Hernandez said.
By early this morning, three of those shot -- a 21-year-old man and two boys, ages 16 and 17 -- were in good condition, according to police. http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/breaking/chi-chicago-crime-shooting-gun-violence-sunday,0,4979831.story
President Obama was briefed on the air plane crash San Francisco, but not on all the shootings in his hometown.
Mayor Rahm Emmanuel decided not to make any statement on the shootings as well.
Two Obamaites who apparently don't 1 crap about all the shootings in Chicago.
