Obama: The War Monger

Geez, who will Obama wage war against next?
Headline from the Minot daily News:
Air Force wages war on winged pests

A modified C-130H cargo craft flies at around 150 ft over Minot’s North Hill Monday evening, spraying for mosquitoes. The US Air Force personnel piloting the plane are from the 910th Airlift Wing’s aerial spray squadron stationed at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, and will drop a second application sometime between July 14 and July 19. The active ingredient in the spray is naled, an organophosphate insecticide which is EPA-approved but also known to kill honeybees along with mosquitoes.
In all seriousness, why is an Air Force from Ohio spraying Minot, ND, especially when the base is 20 miles north of Minot?
Why is this not a local problem?
