Bullard said Perez alternated between hooting like a chimpanzee and growling like a gorilla as he performed handstands and flips, grabbed passengers and fondled himself.
"He was jumping up and down going, 'Oo, oo, oo, oo, oo, oo' while he was playing with himself," Bullard said. "That's when he started approaching me in an aggressive motion. ... He's growling at me at this point, and he's coming at me with his hands up and his fists balled."
Perez is charged with two felony counts of false imprisonment, four misdemeanor counts of battery while on public transportation property and one misdemeanor count of sexual battery....
Bullard said Perez entered the BART station at 4:15 p.m. by sliding down the escalator railing in only his briefs, which he took off as he jumped and flipped onto solid ground.
He then charged a woman who was exiting a gate, pushing her several times and kicking her in the stomach, Bullard said. When he tried to stop him, Bullard said Perez kicked him in the groin and grabbed his penis.
Perez went on to wrap himself around an elderly man, who, in terror, screamed, "My heart! My heart!" After Bullard got Perez off the man, Perez jumped into the paid section and cornered another woman.

San Diego, New York or even San Fran, this guy could run for mayor and receive many, many votes.
