A group of young men blended in with seniors gathered for a breakfast Friday morning, and sparked a fight that spilled into the parking lot and a playing field.
Three students were badly hurt, including Georgina Parra-Ureno's son
He was robbed, pistol-whipped and left with severe head injuries.
Parra-Ureno says the school did not have adequate security for the event. She tells Action News, "There was no visible supervision at all. Students were just walking in. No one was checking for ID. No one was asking them if they even needed to be there."
Canyon Canyon Springs did have increased school police presence on campus on Monday.

Way to go, CCSD and the ghetto school, Canyon Springs. There should been cops on the scene along with security aides and other staff.
How this could have happened is way beyond me.
