An Unlucky(?) Bowler

There are no guarantees in bowling and there is no guarantee that this bowler would have gotten the 300 game even if the bar did not go down.
Further, getting a 297 is not exactly being unlucky.
But this sucks as a what could have happened if the bar did not go down.
