Breaking: Police/Fire Activity On Black Mountain: Updated

Right now, it appears there is some kind of police or fire activity on Black Mountain, in Henderson, NV.  There are numerous Henderson police and fire vehicles (about 10) off on a road leading to the mountain, off of Horizon Ridge Pkwy.  It looks to me like it is a mountain rescue going on with lights on the side of the mountain, about half way up.  A flare was shot off about 10 minutes ago.  There is also a flashing light on occasion that may be communicating with the first responders through code.
I'll come back if I get any more news.

Update:  Based on scanner and my observations, the following happened:
A 17 year old girl fell down the mountain- not sure if it was on a trail or from the top.  She had moderate injuries but still was awake and conscious.
About 10 Henderson firefighters made their way up the mountain, about 300-400 yards from the base.  They secured her and treated her injuries and contacted the Las Vegas Metro Search and Rescue helicopter.  They came to the mountain at about 10:35 and hoisted her up to the helicopter and they took her to Acacia Park to a waiting ambulance and they took her to the hospital.
This was an incredibly tough rescue as they were walking up the mountain in the dark and the mountain is very steep and the helicopter had to maneuver just right to get into position to make the lift.
So, kudos to Metro's Search and Rescue and especially to the members of the Henderson fire department.
