Early in the morning on June 8, security cameras captured a man who was involved in a fight pull out a gun and fire at another person involved in the altercation, according to police.
The fight broke out under the Fremont Street Experience canopy about 2 a.m. Saturday morning, amidst crowds of visitors to the 12.5-million bulb light show who were milling about.....

So, we have a detailed description of Fremont Street canopy- 12.5 million lights.
And of the suspect: height, weight, hair and build.
So what's missing?
The race of the thug.
Rochel Leah Goldblatt is the writer and she decided to leave the race of the suspect out her story?
Why?
Maybe she is afraid she will be called a racist for saying the thug is BLACK?
The LVRJ and Las Vegas Sun from time to time refuse to print the race of the of thugs wanted for crimes.  When they do that, they put the community at risk because of the vague descriptions given.
