But It's Just A Small Number

A million here and a million there and all of sudden you are talking about real people.
From CBS Sacramento: Health insurer Anthem Blue Cross of California has agreed to a two-month extension of about 104,000 individual policies after failing to give the required 90-day cancellation notice, state Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones announced Tuesday.
The policies had been set to expire on Dec. 31 but will be extended until Feb. 28 for those who choose to re-enroll. Notices informing customers of the extension will be sent out this week, Anthem said....
More than 1 million cancellation notices have been sent to Californians as the Affordable Care Act begins allowing individuals to buy insurance through exchanges, Jones said. The federal law requires policies to offer minimum levels of coverage, forcing companies to terminate many existing plans. But Jones said that under the law, insurers have another year to do so.  http://sacramento.cbslocal.com/2013/11/12/calif-insurance-commissioner-more-than-1m-californians-having-insurance-cancelled-due-to-obamacare/
What's a million policies affecting millions of people.  After all, it's such a small number, it's hardly worth talking about.

  1. Idiots. 45 million were uninsured before obama care.

And did you read the issue? They are being developed bc they don't even meet the basics of a reasonable coverage plan. These people are going to receive better insurance now.

Also.we should have done single payer but reps vetoed it. let me get this straight the govt can't run an efficient health care system? What about your coverage, dan? Yeah the military benefits. either the govt can or can't. And it's proven they can. Health care was broken instead of sitting around bitching about obamacare try proposing another solution. Goddammit reps are a whinny group of hypocrisy.

Fyi reagan was big govt and big debt. The ideals reps claim to want their leaders don't even deliver.

Why was the debt never am issue when bush raised the ceiling fifteen times? But now it's the end of the world bc a derm is in office? Stop being blatant hypocrites. Also thanks for the war in iraq. Love those wmd we found... Oh wait...
