Strange

One of Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn's Goodman's sons is recovering after he was assaulted and left unconscious inside a restroom at South Tower Park in early December, KLAS Channel 8 reported.

The news station reported that the mayor's son was attacked on Dec. 15 at the Summerlin park. No other details about the incident, including the victim's name, were provided.

Goodman and her husband, former Mayor Oscar Goodman, released a statement via city officials late Friday saying their son is doing well at a rehabilitation center. The family asked for privacy.  http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2013/dec/27/mayor-goodmans-son-recovering-after-assault/
I have been to this park several times when I lived up in this area.  It is a park that is in the middle of houses worth several hundred's of thousands of dollars and it is a kids park.  It's not close to any bad housing or Section 8 housing.  It's not even close to any apartments.
So, for this kind of crime to happen at this neighborhood park really does raise questions, like what time of day did it happen, who found him, what was he doing in a kids park etc.
