I'm Surprised This Doesn't Happen More Often

From the New York Daily News:  A naughty real estate agent is being sued for keeping potential buyers away from viewing a New Jersey home because he was using it to film sexual encounters.
A couple have filed a lawsuit claiming that real estate agent Robert Lindsay used the Denville house to film 10 trysts with a fellow agent, Jeannemarie Phelan.
Richard and Sandra Weiner claim he deliberately overpriced the house at $650,000 to keep buyers away while he used it as a love nest.

The trysts were alleged to have happened between December 2011 and January 2012. 

Security camera footage apparently shows Lindsay and Phelan engaged in sexual activity, reported NorthJersey.com.
The last tryst was caught by the owner on a live feed.

I'm pretty sure this happens more often than not by the unethical real estate agents.  Those who are ethical would not do this.

And another word to the stupid, if you are going to have sex in a house that is not yours, look for the cameras in the house, especially expensive houses.
