From Madison.com: A Chicago man faces felony and misdemeanor charges after he was allegedly found in possession of a stolen car Sept. 17.

Kevion A. Minor, 18, of  the 400 block of East 90th Street, was pulled over at about 8:49 p.m. in the 10700 block of Highway 11 after failing to dim his high beams on Renaissance Boulevard, according to a criminal complaint.

A Sturtevant police officer asked Minor, the driver, to turn off the high beams. Instead, Minor allegedly turned off all of the car's lights.

During the investigation, police learned that the vehicle had been stolen from Waukegan, Illinois.

Minor allegedly told police that he believed that the car was stolen because he was given it earlier in the evening by an individual only known by the name "Wax."

According to the complaint, Minor told the officer, "No one is just going to give you a car."
