If The Democrats Would Get Rid Of Obama, Reid And Pelosi, Would They Be Better Off?

What would happen if President Obama was not re-elected and Crybaby Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi were replaced in the Senate and the House, would the Democrats be better off in the long run?
Clearly, Reid and Pelosi are not well liked by the vast majority of the Americans and Reid is committing career suicide with his off the wall comments but who will replace them?  In the Senate, Chucky Schummer is next in line and in some ways, he is worse than Reid.  He is hyper-partisan and nothing will get done in the Senate, so if Reid goes, the democrats just bring in someone who is worse.
In the House, there will be several people going for Pelosi's seat.  If they get a moderate in there, then maybe the Democrats will be more likable.  If they get another liberal like Pelosi, then nothing has changed.
As far as Obama losing, then they have to bank on Hillary Clinton being their standard bearer in 2016 because it is her time but she may not be the best candidate out there.  But if Clinton runs, she will feel entitled to the nomination but many new voters never would have heard of her when she was first lady, when she shined politically.  That was in the early to mid 1990's and she would be running 20 years later.  I think her time would have past her by and so the Democrats would nominate some else.  But who?
More than likely, a very strong liberal.
So, if Obama, Pelosi and Reid left their positions of power this next year, there will be a short honeymoon for the Democrats to capitalize, but in the end, I doubt anything will change and the Democrats will continue to be hamstrung by the far left of their party, unlike the Republicans.
So, what are your thoughts?
