From CBS News: First lady Michelle Obama mistakenly called herself a "busy single mother" in an interview on Thursday with Burlington, Vt. CBS affiliate WCAX, before quickly catching herself and identifying instead as "busy working mom."
Discussing the struggle many parents face in balancing work and home life, the first lady reached for an empathetic tone, beginning, "Believe me, as a busy single mother...or, I shouldn't say 'single' - as a busy mother..."
She seemed to catch her flub almost immediately. Considering that President Obama is out gallivanting around the country, especially the west, cheating on the Mrs., if I were Mrs. Obama, I'd feel like a single mom.
Considering how many times the Obamas have taken separate vacations, vacationed in the same place but took separate planes and other family problems, I am sure they don't have much of a marriage to speak highly of.
So, I think it was of them "Freudian Slips".
