A Tale Of 2 College Instructors

As I have written extensively about, Dina Titus was hired to teach at UNLV for $107,000 to teach 1 class, "Women In Politics" and work a total 6 hours a week teaching. How does this compare to the College of Southern Nevada professors. CSN is a community college.
At CSN, they have an opening for a Register Nurse instructor. The nurse will teach one 3 credit course, just like Titus. The successful candidate will make a whopping $801.00 per credit per semester (3 credit course = $2403.00) https://jobs.csn.edu/applicants/jsp/shared/frameset/Frameset.jsp?time=1296839186844

My question is this, who is the more valuable instructor? The RN would have had to worked as an RN and have a Master's degree. Titus? Well, she has a PHD but she has never worked a real job in her life- a job that may include punching a time clock, sweating or making a payroll. The RN instructor would not have a entourage and yes men and women around her.
Well, comparing an RN with a liberal arts professor may not be fair, so how about a Political Science Instructor at CSN. There is an opening for a tenure track Political Science Instructor and the maximum amount the person who get the job is $59, 781. That's if they have a PHD http://www.csn.edu/PDFFiles/HR/AcademicFacultySalarySchedule2009-2011.pdf
The instructor will work a minimum of 15 credit hours a semester. Titus: 3

And I am pretty sure the candidate at CSN won't have the ethical problems that Titus brings to the table.
So, once again, when UNLV and the Nevada University System complain they don't have enough money, they are so full of crap, it comes out of their ears, eyes, mouths and any other body orifice.
