Obama, Reid, Liberals And/Or EPA Cause Of Rolling Blackouts

In the wake of the blizzard and frigid cold, there have been rolling blackouts affecting several states including Texas and New Mexico. Even hospitals were effected. But why did this happen?
Clearly, the Obama and administration along with Harry Reid and liberal environmentalists hate coal fired power plants. Harry Reid has personally killed 2 coal fire plants in Nevada alone. The Obama administration has put it that he hates coal fired power plants during the 2008 campaign and he made it clear during the election, so many electric companies didn't even try to apply for new coal fire plants or make their plants larger.
The EPA, through the regulation process, hinders rather helps helps electric power plants expand.
From prisonplanet.com: The inability of power companies to meet demand is almost exclusively a consequence of the Obama administration’s publicly stated goal to bankrupt the coal industry and in turn ram through the de-industrialization of America under the guise of the phony global warming mantra.
Even as China and Mexico are allowed to build dozens of new power plants every year, the United States is barely permitted to construct a handful, as the Environmental Protection Agency takes control of refineries and power plants under the completely fraudulent pretext of preventing global warming even as the country experiences some of the coldest weather seen for decades.
Texas has been the epicenter in a battle over the Obama administration’s drive to have the EPA regulate greenhouse gas emissions. Texas is the only state that has refused to implement a permit process.
“Austin said it would not establish such a scheme for greenhouse gas emissions because the US Environmental Protection Agency had no authority to regulate them as of January 2,”
reported the Financial Times.
“Twelve other states are mounting a legal challenge to the federal government’s authority but they, unlike Texas, are implementing the new measures while the dispute makes its way through the courts.”...

The Obama administration is conducting industrial warfare against the United States. Obama’s 2008 promise to “bankrupt” the coal industry by placing suffocating restrictions on greenhouse gas emissions even as China and other countries are given free reign to pollute at will is now coming to fruition. This is all part of the “post-industrial revolution” that the global elite have promised to enforce as a means of turning the United States into a decaying banana republic.
It’s also about the federal government’s drive to seize infrastructure and sell it to the highest foreign bidder by gradually squeezing the ability of local independent utility companies to meet demand in American communities.
The shortage of power plants to meet the demands of Texans and other Americans in areas across the country is down to the EPA holding local utility companies hostage and blocking them from building desperately needed new power plants.

The Obama administration cannot be blamed for these outages because they denied coal fired new construction because it takes more than 2 years to plan and build a plant. Howe ever, it is quite possible that the Obama administration discouraged plants from expanding and forced power plants to try to go to green energy. Yeah, how is that green energy working right now in those areas and let's face it, things are not going to get better- Green energy needs a lot of space and are not as efficient as coal fire and nuclear power.
Harry Reid personally killed 2 power plants in northern Nevada that would have supplied power, thousands of construction jobs and hundreds of permanent jobs. His only emphasis in on
However, The EPA has made it almost impossible to get a new power plant going. Hearing upon hearing, regulations, more hearings, paperwork, more hearings, law suits, inspections, more hearings and after ten's of millions of dollars or more, and then maybe an electric power plant may get approval. Or not.
These incidents are a sign of things to come. We will never be able to be reliant on green energy. The area needed for a solar panel electric plant needs a tremendous amount of space. the solar panel power plant at Nellis AFB requires a space of about 1/2 mile by 1 mile and only supplies 1/2 or so of the base. Try doing that in New York City.
So, if Texas, New Mexico and the other states are having problems now, wait until summer when the air conditioning kicks in.
