I actually thought that MSNBC (maybe with the exception of Ed Schultz) did a pretty good job, considering. They'd slotted live shows for late evening, thinking it was going to be close. Rachel was straight-up with the way it turned out, spelled it out plainly, and not with a sour puss or needless extra snark. I don't think she's exaggerating with the seriousness of having such huge $$$ in campaigns. That a unlovable dweeb like Walker would survive the recall with basically his original election numbers (even after bazillions) is both comforting and discomforting. Bad that an unpopular dude could win with the boost of $$$, Good that even with multiple times over bankroll, he didn't improve his numbers beyond the originals. I still hope Citizens United eventually is overturned. All of this money in politics is poison.
The Las Vegas Badger is about politics, humor, sports, reality shows in Las Vegas, especially Pawn Stars and anything else interesting. While I live in Las Vegas, my heart is still in Wisconsin.
