From the LVRJ: As bikers began gathering in the small town Friday, one Mongols member
from California was issued a ticket by Las Vegas police for not using a
turn signal. When attorney Stephen Stubbs, the club's legal counsel in
Nevada, crossed Nevada Way on foot to investigate why the man had been
pulled over, he was issued a ticket for jaywalking.
