Justice Prevails For Mayweather

From the LVRJ:  A Las Vegas judge has denied undefeated boxing champ Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s request for house arrest.
Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa issued the decision late Wednesday
The judge had heard arguments Tuesday on an emergency motion filed by Mayweather's lawyers, who wanted him to complete his sentence on house arrest because "inhumane" jail conditions are causing his physical condition to deteriorate and threatening his fighting career. Saragosa had said she would rule Thursday.
The boxer pleaded guilty in December to domestic battery and no contest to two counts of harassment, all misdemeanors, for assaulting the mother of three of his children and threatening his two sons. He was sentenced to three months in county jail.

This was a no brainer decision by Judge Saragosa and had she ruled in favor of wimp Maryweather, the recall petitions would been filed tomorrow.
The fact is that Maryweather agreed to plead guilty and agreed to be sentenced by the judge.  He got the sentence because he beat his girlfriend in front of his kids.  It shows how weak Maryweather is because he cannot handle jail, unlike celebrities like Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, not to mention the men and women who are serving time in jail, either on bail or serving sentences.
I guess this shows that Maryweather is strong enough to beat his girlfriend (and many others- like security guards and having his friends shoot up skating rink parking lots) but is too weak to do a 3 month sentence.  I am quite sure Mike Tyson is laughing his butt off right now.
