Where Are The Leaders In The Black Commmunity?

From the Las Vegas Sun:
At least 40 people witnessed the shooting that killed 14-year-old Haji Mohamud after a party Saturday morning, but not one has stepped forward with information, Metro Police said.
During a press conference Wednesday, Metro Police Lt. Ray Steiber pleaded for a parent, a party-goer, anybody with information about the shooting at the Sage Point apartment complex to contact police.
“There are people out there — who were there — that know exactly what happened...and who killed a 14-year-old boy,” Steiber said. “There’s parents out there who may have overheard their children talking about what occurred that night...We’re asking for anybody with information to come forward and help your community.”
After interviewing witnesses, all police were able to find out was that Mohamud and about 100 other people were attending a birthday party they had been invited to via social media. Some of the attendees were known to be gang members, Steiber said.
At about 1:30 a.m., the party became rowdy and the host asked everyone to leave, Steiber said. When the guests stepped outside, they were met with a spray of bullets.
Twenty shots were fired; one struck Mohamud in the head, and a second injured an 18-year-old man, police said.
Steiber said investigation revealed there were possibly three shooters, but police have no information about who the shooters might behttp://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2013/jan/16/police-40-witnesses-teens-shooting-none-talking/
Last year, a young black teenage girl, Betty Pinkey, was murdered at a house party in the northeast side of the Valley and no one has come forward and the leaders in the Black community stayed silent.

Now, a young  Black 14 year old boy is shot and killed at a house party in the downtown area, almost 1 year to the day, and the same leaders are still quiet.
One of the problems with crime in the inner city and crime in general is the no snitching rule youngsters, especially in minority neighborhoods, follow and enforce.  And all this time, the Black and Hispanic leaders stay quiet.
If President Obama was really serious, he go after the so called Black and other minority community leaders who allow minority on minority crime by refusing to speak on these type of crimes.  But Obama won't go against his constituency and the Black leaders are chicken shit to against the scum bag thug criminals and so the murders in the inner cities will continue until someone has the guts to stand up to thugs.
Clearly, Obama is not a leader that will not be of any help to solve the nation's crime problem and neither are the current leaders in Las Vegas and other big cities.
