Well, Lookee Here

From the New York Daily News: Responding to the controversial depictions in the film “Zero Dark Thirty,” Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said the U.S. would have gotten Osama bin Laden even if so-called enhanced interrogation techniques, which many say are torture, had not been used.
The outgoing head of the Pentagon was interviewed on NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday, and hewas asked by host Chuck Todd if the film was correct in showing that intelligence collected by waterboarding a terror detainee was key to hunting down the al-Qaeda boss.
“First of all, it’s a movie. Let’s remember that,” responded Panetta, 74, who will leave the Obama administration once a successor is confirmed....
“The real story is that in order to put the puzzle of intelligence together that led us to bin Laden, there was a lot of intelligence. There were a lot of pieces out there that were part of that puzzle,” Panetta said Sunday.
“Yes, some of it came from some of the tactics that were used at that time, interrogation tactics that were used,” he said, carefully avoiding the use of the word "torture." “But the fact is, we — we put together most of that intelligence without having to resort to that.”

So, the high and mighty Obama administration and their liberal supporters condemned waterboarding and other painful interrogation methods, but still used it to get Bin Laden.
Can we say hypocrites?
