If The North Korea Threats Are Real, Then Why Is Obama Fundraising In CA?

From ABC: Obama’s event in California wrapped a two day, four fundraiser sweep through the Bay Area. Earlier Thursday he talked about the need for new gun control at the home of Liz Simons and Mark Heising, director of a San Francisco investment firm and a board member at the Environmental Defense Fund.  http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2013/04/obama-calls-californian-kamala-harris-best-looking-attorney-general/
So, we could be possibly in a huge crisis if North Korea acts out, even a little way and Obama is fundraising in California.
So, is the crisis real?
Or is Obama creating a crisis to make him look tough?
Or as Michael Savage suggests but may not believe, that the U.S. generals are coordinating with Chinese generals to make a crisis so that the Pentagon budget isn't cut.
How come we haven't heard of any emergency plans if something bad did happen in the U.S., Korea, Guam or elsewhere.
Or maybe this alleged crisis is a figment of our imagination and everything is just peachy keen.
Why else would Obama be fundraising during a crisis.
Can you imagine if this was happening during the George W. Bush administration and he went fundraising.  You think the media and public would be accepting of it?  Hell no.  But Obama and the lap dog media gives him another pass.
