Courtesy of The Greeenlee Gazette (A very good liberal web site- kind of wacky in a silly way, but not full of hate http://greenleegazette.blogspot.com/): With Democrats increasingly outraged over the Supreme Court's Citizen United decision that allowed unlimited corporate spending in elections -- a change conservatives have been more successful at taking advantage of -- a Democratic congressman is raising the prospect of impeaching the Supreme Court's chief justice over the issue.
"I mean, the Supreme Court has done a tremendous disservice to the United States of America," Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-Ore.) told The Huffington Post on Tuesday. "They have done more to undermine our democracy with their Citizens United decision than all of the Republican operatives in the world in this campaign. They've opened the floodgates, and personally, I'm investigating articles of impeachment against Justice Roberts for perjuring during his Senate hearings, where he said he wouldn't be a judicial activist, and he wouldn't overturn precedents."

Seriously, DeFazio is smoking crack or shooting heroin to come up with the thought of impeaching a sitting Supreme Court Justice over an opinion and not a crime. Of course, DeFazio may also have Alzheimer's in conjunction with developmental disabilities, but to be kind, I think it is drugs.
DeFazio thinks Roberts lied during his confirmation hearings. (Like liberal justices don't lie or stretch the truth, like David Souter, but they are liberals so they can be excused) But in reality, like most justices, they cannot give opinions on different types of cases.
Maybe we can impeach DeFazio for being a traitor to this Country by voting for Obama Care and other bills that will or have been found unconstitutional.
So, after the election Fazzio the Bear will go back to his den and snort a few lines and shoot some black tar.
