WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM TUESDAY TO 6 PM MDT WEDNESDAY ABOVE 4500 FEET FOR...MARIAS PASS... A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY ABOVE 4500 FEET REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM TUESDAY TO 6 PM MDT WEDNESDAY. * IMPACTS/TIMING: A COLD FRONTAL SYSTEM WILL USHER COOLER TEMPERATURES AND PRECIPITATION INTO THE AREA LATE TUESDAY AND THROUGH WEDNESDAY. SNOW LEVELS WILL BE LOWERING WHILE SNOW DEVELOPS IN THE MOUNTAINS BY LATE TUESDAY AFTERNOON. SNOW LEVELS WILL CONTINUE TO LOWER TO ABOUT 4000 FEET WEDNESDAY MORNING WITH ACCUMULATING SNOW OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN. * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 5 TO 10 INCHES OF NEW SNOW ABOVE 6000 FEET...WITH 2 TO 4 INCHES AT THE LOWER ELEVATIONS DOWN TO 4500 FEET.
