KDFW-TV reports (http://bit.ly/WEVgdN) that Ronald
Miller entered an elementary school in Celina on Wednesday and conducted his
own drill to test the campus' response to an active shooter situation.
Police say Miller did not have a
weapon but that his aggressive actions and alarming statements "created panic
and fear" among the school staff.
Miller was arrested Wednesday
evening at his home. The 44-year-old, who has worked as a firefighter and a
paramedic, is free on $75,000 bail. Jail records did not list an attorney for
him. http://www.chron.com/news/texas/article/Man-arrested-for-impromptu-safety-drill-at-school-4184584.php
Well, he found out that the school was prepared and he found out the hard way.
