Not Funny, BNSF

So, let's see.  It's 4:30 PM, about the heaviest time for traffic in Henderson, NV and Las Vegas and you are the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railroad.  Isn't it a great time to have a train cross one of Henderson's busiest roads- Stephanie by American Pacific.
And isn't a great time to not only run the train at about 10 mph or less and then, just for kicks, stop the train, eventually blocking the crossing for over 10 minutes, causing over a mile back up in each direction on Stephanie.
Then, it's also so funny to block Gibson by the 215 for at least 15 minutes, causing more delays.
It's a good thing we had no medical, police or fire emergencies that required emergency personnel to cross the tracks during rush hour.
