From the LVRJ: Hundreds of cooks, bartenders, hotel keepers and cocktail waitresses stood in a long line in cold weather to renew their Culinary union health insurance policies Tuesday.
And some of them came grumbling, saying it was their day off and they didn’t feel like waiting for hours in a line that stretched several blocks and that it would have been better handled indoors at individual hotels and casinos.
They came to the union office downtown with identification, marriage certificates and birth certificates to prove they are who they say they are.

Any pain and suffering by the Culinary thugs is ok by me because they may be nice people individually, their union dues pay for the thugs who harass innocent customers at the Cosmopolitan, try to get groups to cancel their conventions in Las Vegas and harass Station Casinos.
I actually know what these guys go through as CCSD teachers had to do the same thing last year. But Teacher's Health Trust was smart enough to go to individual schools, hire extra people, open up offices and allow people to make appointments.
Obviously the Culinary Union thug leaders have little regard for their members by making them stand in line for hours and in the cold.
But the thug leaders are happy to get the union members union dues to pay for the lavish lifestyles the union leader thugs live.
