How Sad

A reward of up to $2,500 is offered for information leading to an arrest in the hit-and-run death of Bobbi Roberts, 20, of Clinton Township.
From the Detroit Free Press: “See you later.”
Three little words people say to their loved ones, friends and colleagues every day.
But for Carolin Roberts, they were the last words she ever said to her youngest child, Bobbi Roberts.
Hours after the pair said, “I love you” to each other last fall, a hit-and-run driver struck 20-year-old Bobbi Roberts as she walked home from work, leaving the Macomb Community College student dying in the street just 10 minutes from her Clinton Township home.
“They killed a piece of me, too,” Carolin Roberts said Tuesday after a reward of up to $2,500 was offered for information leading to an arrest in her daughter’s death. “They could die a thousand deaths and never feel the pain me and my family are feeling.
“You’re not supposed to bury your babies. They have no idea what they’ve done. We’re just broken. Just broken.”
Roberts said her daughter was an avid walker, preferring to walk about 25 minutes to her job as a prep cook at the Twisted Rooster in Chesterfield Township instead of taking the bus.
The 2012 Mt. Clemens High School graduate and honors student was found lying partially in the right lane and shoulder of northbound Gratiot a half-mile from Hall Road at 11:25 p.m. Nov. 29.
A passing motorist saw her on the road, turned around, called 911 and waited for police. Bobbi Roberts, who wanted to join the military and loved traveling and taking selfies, was pronounced dead at McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mt. Clemens. http://www.freep.com/article/20140226/NEWS04/302260025/macomb-county-hit-and-run-fatal
I hope the cops in Michigan catch this sob who killed this girl.
