Tick "The Sick" Segerblom is a low life ass hole who favors medical marijuana but hates that legitimate pain medication is being prescribed.
Channel 13 Las Vegas ran an article where Tick "The Sick" lies his ass off.
From Channel 13 Las Vegas: To fill or not to fill prescriptions for painkillers? That's the question pharmacies across the valley are asking, and patients want answers.
Since Contact 13's first report in January, we've heard from dozens of viewers. Chief Investigator Darcy Spears took your concerns to state and federal lawmakers and the Drug Enforcement Agency.
"In the morning as soon as I get up out of bed, I have to take a pill," said James Kruger who lives in almost constant pain. "Bulging disks: L1, 2 and 3 in my back."
Add to that an on-the-job knee injury, followed by a car crash last year. Without pain medication, "I won't be able to, standing up is hard. Knee, you know, I got to limp," James explained.
People like James said they're caught in the middle of a nationwide crackdown on prescription drug abuse. Nevada has the 4th highest rate of drug overdoses in the U.S. so major pharmacies here in the valley are putting patients under the microscope.
Those we've heard from said Walgreens and CVS in particular, are delaying or flat out denying prescriptions for pain medication, telling patients they don't meet the criteria without further explanation....
But is that system out of whack? We asked our lawmakers who said they're aware of the problem, but it's a delicate situation and they're still looking for solutions.
"I extend my sympathies," said Nevada State Senator Tick Segerblom. "The reality is there's been tremendous abuse of these prescriptions and so there has to be a type of way to cut back on it."

Well, in Tick "The Sick"'s view, it should be medical pot that should replace pain medication.  But Tick "The Sick" is not a doctor but he is a big fat dumb slob who happens to a brain dead liberal.  He has no education in medication nor does he have any kind of medical degree.  He is just a big fat blow hard who wants to be your nanny, because, after all, he knows best, at least in his pot addled mind.
There are some people who just deserve to be punished by karma and my hope that Tick "The Sick" is punished by karma.  I do hope he has a  extremely painful injury or illness that requires pain medication that is so strong that he is unable to get it because of his stupidity.
